Rutter Roofing Donates New Roof to Local Deserving Family

Rutter Roofing has donated a brand new roof replacement to Belinda Greiner of Ardmore as part of our Peace of Mind Program. Belinda, an active community and church volunteer who has fallen on hard times was recommended by a friend, Jennifer Iannucci, to receive assistance for her failing roof. A local photographer, Ann Marie Casey, suggested that they reach out to Rutter Roofing. As soon as we heard the story and how deserving Belinda was, we knew that we had to help. Knowing that her homeowner’s insurance was about to be cut off, Rutter Roofing owner, Cory Rutter, and the rest of the Rutter Roofing team, awarded Belinda and her family a new roof to be installed before the deadline put upon her by the insurance company. To make the situation even more dire, the wet environment in the house from the leaking roof was beginning to cause health issues for Belinda’s son Seth.

“As soon as I heard the story, and of the incredible need,” says Cory Rutter, “I knew that we needed to be the ones to help her out. We are a family owned and operated company, and we are dedicated to protecting people in their homes. Belinda and her family needed us to come in and make their home safe again.”

Castner Containers also donated disposal services for the project.

Days after the new roof was installed, it poured rain. Belinda let us know that it was the first time in a long time that she didn’t have water pouring into her house and didn’t have to worry every time it rained.
