Information for our customers about COVID-19

With the current and growing concern of COVID-19, we are taking every precaution and recommendation of the CDC. We take the health and wellbeing of our customers and our employees very seriously. RUTTER ROOFING is still open as we are currently still considered an ESSENTIAL business. Our employees have been instructed to work remotely, limit contact, keep suggested distance if meeting with customers, and sanitize any surfaces touched and wash hands often. Every day new developments, changes, and protocol are released regarding COVID-19, Rutter Roofing is staying connected around the clock, and will post any changes that affect how we are operating at the earliest possible.

We are still taking appointments for estimates. When you call to schedule your appointment, let us know if you’d prefer not to meet with your project advisor face to face. They can call you when they arrive to discuss your concerns over the phone while they’re on sight.

Any projects that have been scheduled to start during this uneasy time in our region are still moving forward. If you have a project scheduled to start with us, and have any concerns or would like to discuss please email [email protected].

Looking for the bright side? Spring is in full bloom all around us! Since many of us will be home for the next couple weeks, this is a great time to get a jump start on those exterior home remodeling projects. While you’re home, here are some things to check for: missing shingles or leaks in the roof, old or damaged siding, old and inefficient windows or doors, clogged gutters or broken downspouts. Working from home on some of these nicer days might mean bringing the laptop out to the deck. Don’t have one? We can add one! We use quality materials at fair prices and hold the highest certifications in the industry. As many companies have decided to shut down, we are here for you. We will continue providing the highest level of service to our past, present, and future customers.

#TEAMRUTTER understands that for some, the Coronavirus has affected the daily accessibility to meals and nutrition. PHILABUNDANCE is working diligently to not only continue feeding the thousands of homeless and hungry in our area, but have also reallocated their resources to provide meals to schools and individuals who have suddenly been affected by this pandemic. They currently need financial support to sustain the costs affiliated with providing nutrition at this heightened level. Our amazing customers often ask us how they too can help support some of the causes we hold close to our hearts. We support PHILABUNDANCE because in our area alone, they feed 90,000 weekly. To lend your support click PHILABUNDANCE.

If the situation in our region has affected you or someone you know personally this way, there is no judgement, we want to help any way we can! Please reach out to our Director of Business Development, Jackie Blinebury at [email protected] to discuss your situation privately.

We have personally experienced the severity that health conditions can bring. Our son was born at just 24 weeks and over the last 5 years has battled health challenges, some of which he still fights today. We made it through that difficult and scary time together, and now today as we face this new fear together as a country, we encourage everyone to STAY CALM and STAY KIND, we will get through this.
