Cory started Rutter Roofing in 2010 and since, Rutter Roofing has become not just a major contributor locally, but now national and even international levels.
Cory is a long time member of multiple networking organizations throughout the Main Line area and enjoys giving back and being an active member of the communities in which he works.
Growing up in the Philadelphia area is something Cory is very proud of including his passion for local sports, organizations, family and friends. In fact, Cory enjoys going to Philadelphia Flyers games where he has been a season ticket holder for the past 12 years.
Cory is married to his wife Ashley and the two live in Montgomery County with their son Gavin. They enjoy playing volleyball, softball, boating and staying active.
Ashley joined the Rutter Roofing team after 5 years with The Main Line Chamber of Commerce where she was the Events and Communications Manager. She has experience in operations, marketing, business development, event planning and networking. She genuinely enjoys being social and meeting people.
Ashley is an avid reader and enjoys going to sporting events, playing volleyball and staying active. She attended West Chester University and graduated with a degree in Communications.
She is married to Cory and together they have a son, Gavin.
Gavin is truly the lifeblood of the company. His passion for napping and loud cries for milk is undeniable. Although he entered the world as just a 1 pound baby late 2014, he has overpowered expectations since and is thriving and showing the world the determination and grit that make his mommy and daddy extremely proud.
Along with watching Flyers games with Daddy and reading Curious George books with Mommy, Gavin absolutely loves his family and lives everyday to the fullest.
Enough of the sweet stuff, Baby Boss means business and his business is protecting your house.
Jackie comes with a background in the account management, sales, and business development industries.
She headed International Business Development of Procurement, with international infrastructure contracts, for a U.S. owned and operated contractor.
In her sales roles she worked as Facility Manager and Director of Event Sales for an event venue/B&B in Bally. And most recently has been working as a Team Accounts Representative for a women’s specific sporting goods company specializing in custom team apparel.
Jackie is a fan of anything outdoors. With her three sisters, she was raised hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing. She has a 9 year old yellow lab Truckee – named for Truckee, California where she got him while spending a winter in Lake Tahoe skiing.
Jackie has been in the construction industry for five years and also worked in the cosmetology/beauty field. Jackie handles all of our customer service and is always readily available to assist anyone in need including our sales team.
In her free time Jackie enjoys singing and playing dress up with her 2 daughters Riley and Mckenzie.
Mike has been in the residential and commercial roofing industry for 20 plus years. He started in sales at a young age working for the family tire company. He moved on to regional sales for MAB paints and eventually started his own elastomeric coatings manufacturing company. He specializes in commercial and residential roofing applications and is respected in the industry.
Mike is one of eleven children and resides in Newtown Square with his wife Lori, two sons, Michael and Tyler, and hound dog Kodi. He enjoys cooking, travel and coaching the boy’s baseball and football teams.
Horace started his journey in the construction industry at a young age; following in the footsteps of his father who was a Union Roofer- Local 30. Horace continued his interest in the construction industry studying Construction Management at Pennsylvania College of Technology where he started the Lacrosse Program which has now become part of the NCLL. He has completed construction projects around the world for various clientele including projects in the Bahamas and renovations at the United States Pentagon and Social Security Administration.
In his free time, Horace enjoys spending time in the outdoors- hunting, fishing, snowboarding, mt biking, hiking and exploring. He enjoys traveling, surfing, taking trips to the Rocky Mountains and other exotic destinations.
Jim joined the Rutter Roofing team in late 2017 ready to dive into the world of roofing, siding, windows and more; a familiar environment from his background in carpentry. He has upwards of 18 years of experience in sales and 10 years in project management. In addition, Jim has an extensive background in telecommunications. Some even say he is our undeclared, in-house IT guy, in addition to his official Project manager title.
In his free time Jim enjoys fly fishing, off roading in his Jeep, and mountain biking in and around the Philadelphia area, where he resides. He enjoys the company of his 5 year old daughter, Ziva and 16 year old son, Cameron while doing these activities and more.
Mark has always been a do-it yourself guy around the house his whole life and truly has a passion for seeing a home transform from the before to the after. After spending 15 years in sales and management in various industries, Mark moved to Harleysville, PA from Maryland in August 2017. He joined the home remodeling industry so he could make a living doing something he is genuinely passionate about.
Mark has been married to his wife Molly for 13 years and have two children, Hannah age 10 and Logan age 8. The whole family has always been into sports and the outdoors. Mark and Molly were both collegiate lacrosse players at UMBC and now coach in Souderton. While Mark bleeds Ravens purple, he is also a fan of the Eagles and hopes one day the two teams will meet in the Super Bowl.
Lia has worked for US Healthcare and Aetna in the Human Resources department and as a Provider Relations Rep for Worker’s Comp Advantage.
As well as managing a restaurant, her most recent achievement was starting her own business, Confident Fitness. She is a Personal Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist. She has assisted women reach their weight loss and fitness goals with one on one training, boot camps and nutrition counseling.
She lives in Montgomery County with her 2 daughters, Alyssa and Karli. She enjoys watching football, hockey and baseball as well as living a healthy lifestyle.
Director of Production
Dick has been in the Roofing, Siding and Remodeling industry since 1979, starting on the deck , running crews and working to develop and run Production Depts. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Roofing, Metal and Heating Association , which promotes quality and professionalism within the industry.
He holds credentials with GAF, Certainteed, Owens Corning , Carlisle and Ludowici as well as extensive safety training in construction safety standards.
Dick has been married for 33 years to Jean and has 2 children, Ashleigh and Ryan. Ashleigh has two children, Maeve and Declan who was born the day before the Eagles Superbowl victory. His son Ryan is to be married this October. He has lived in Glenside for 30 years.
His passions in life are his family, his 2 Golden Retrievers Ruairi and Saoirse , motorcycle touring and restoring antique motorcycles. He enjoys gardening, fishing, trips to the shore, and vacationing in Ireland.
Brian began his roofing career as a helper in 1999. He quickly picked up the knowledge and skills needed to become an expert craftsman and eventual foreman. Whether it is a repair or installation, metal work or siding, flat or shingled roof, Brian possesses the ability to complete any project efficiently. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Brian believes in hard work and attention to detail, and truly enjoys being a part of the Rutter team.
In his freetime Brian enjoys spending time with his family; especially his nephew Graham. An avid fisherman, Brian has been known to catch 30 lb catfish in the Schuykill River. A “4 for 4” Philly sports fan, Brian is also an infielder in a few local softball leagues where he enjoys robbing base hits and ripping singles to right.
Chris Di Lullo
Chris has always had a passion for working with his hands and has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. After graduating with a business degree from Drexel University in 2005, Chris became a registered contractor in Pennsylvania. Over the years he has held various positions performing jobs on full home remodels – from framing to finish work, concentrating on bathroom, kitchen, and exterior renovations. He takes pride in the professionalism and excellent customer service he devotes to every project he takes on.
Chris enjoys Philadelphia sports, snowboarding, kayaking and playing soccer. He lives in Chester County with his wife, Kristin, and together they keep busy chasing after their toddler son Brayden and baby Emery.
